Three pimento cheese biscuits, topped with shaved country ham and Tabasco red pepper jelly. Served with house-fried chips. | 10

OKIE ONION BURGER
A tribute to the Depression Burger of Old Route 66. The OG smash burger with paper-thin grilled onions, double meat patty and melted American cheese. Served with house-fried chips. | 16

STICKY RIBS
Our sweet sticky ribs are incredibly tender and full of flavor. Fire-grilled for a bit of char, then glazed in our Diamond Head sauce. | 14

The junior version of our dinner entree, with the same great flavor. Crispy, hand-breaded, all white chicken over rice, topped with cashews, scallions and our savory chicken sauce. | 12

PRIME RIB DIPPER
Thinly shaved prime rib with horseradish sauce on a toasted bun with caraway seeds and Malden flaky salt. Served house-made au jus and potato chips. | 16

THAI-PHOON RANGOONS
Our Thai-phoon Rangoons are our most popular appetizer. Rich and creamy Philadelphia cheese mixed with real lump crab and spices, hand-folded into wonton skins and fried until crispy. Served with sweet Thai chili sauce. | 9

STICKY WINGS
Our Korean-fried chicken wings are coated in sweet, sticky Korean gochujang sauce, then hit with a bit of Umami Dust and sesame seeds. (crispy cauliflower wings available as an alternative). (8 pcs) | 12

PRIME RIB EGG ROLLS
We are known for our prime rib, so a cheesy, onion and pepper, prime rib egg roll just seemed to make sense. Served with our house-made remoulade sauce. | 10

IRISH NACHOS
Our house-made, crispy potato chips, loaded with shredded cheddar cheese, smoked bacon crumbles, sour cream and chives. Dusted with our Gris Gris Creole rub. Great for sharing.|13
